Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not satisfied with your Swap Top product, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hat must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Charms should be grouped together and returned in the original bag provided with your purchase.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You can contact us via email at hello (at) theswaptop.com or by using the contact form on our website. Please ensure that hat returns are sent back in a box.

Shipping: For U.S. customers, our customer support team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. This label can be dropped off at your most convenient U.S. Postal Service location. The shipment will be trackable, allowing us to monitor its return. Please note that any shipping fees associated with international returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time: Once your return shipment is received, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping fees.

Exceptions: Please note that returns or exchanges for hats damaged due to improper care or misuse will not be accepted.

Warranty: We will replace damaged hats within the first 6 months of purchase. If your hat sustains damage to its construction, please send us a photo (as this aids in our continual product improvement). We will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
