What is the Swap Top hat?

The Swap Top hat lets you switch up your style with 7 charm holes on the front - making it totally customizable for each individual! Show off all of your favorite things!

Are there different sizes available?

Yes, our Swap Top hats are available in Kids 5-7 (45 - 53 cm) and Youth 8+/Adult (52 - 58 cm) sizes, both featuring adjustable snapbacks for the perfect fit. Check out our sizing chart if you need help determining which size to order.

Is the Swap Top hat compatible with other shoe charm brands?

Yes! While we do sell our own charms, we've tested a range of popular shoe charms from platforms like Amazon and Etsy, and they've paired quite well with our hats. We even came up with custom Charm Locks to help ensure every charm, no matter the brand, fit snuggly with the Swap Top Hat.

How can I change charms on my Swap Top hat?

To insert a charm, angle it at 45 degrees to the designated hole and gently push through until it sits flush with the hat's surface. For removal, follow the same process in reverse; this method helps maintain your hat's durability.

How durable are the charms? Will they fall off during regular activities?

Charms fit perfectly into the 7 holes of the Swap Top hat, and will stay in-place for everyday activities. But if you're playing sports, being super active, or traveling, it's a good idea to get a set of Charm Locks. They're cool little tabs that slide onto the back of the charms to make sure they stay put, giving you extra confidence.

Can I order custom charms?

At this time, we offer a wide range of pre-designed charm sets, but do keep an eye out for potential custom charm offerings in the future! If you are looking for a specific charm that we don't have in our collection, try searching "shoe charms + keyword" on Etsy or Amazon.

Can I pop it in the washing machine?

Hold up! The Swap Top's distinct foam front isn't your everyday hat design. To keep it looking fresh, avoid submerging it in water, especially washing machines. However, a quick spot-clean with mild soap and warm water does wonders. Just let it air dry afterward.
